A. For Participants From Inside Japan - Bank Transfer
Registration fees should be paid by bank transfer in Japanese yen. Please fill in the registration form and send it to the secretariat by fax (81- (0)3- 5944-3220) or e-mail. The secretatiat will let you know the bank account to transfer the registration fee.

B. For Participants From Outside Japan - Credit Card
Registration fees should be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), in Japanese yen. Please download and complete the registration form authorizing The Noguchi Institute to charge your credit card, and send it by fax to the secretariat 81- (0)3- 5944-3220.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Participants may withdraw their registration application, in writing, to the Secretariat prior to June 15, 2007. No requests for refunds will be accepted after this date. To cover the cost of handling and processing, 10% will be deducted from the total refund for cancellations.
